Hot Peppers and Potatoes


6 Idaho potatoes

6-10 hot peppers of your choice

6-10 garlic cloves

olive oil

salt to taste

This dish can be made in a variety of ways so feel free to experiment depending on your tolerance for heat, the size of your pan, and how crispy you want the potatoes. To start, slice the potatoes very thin. Peel garlic cloves and chop in half. Chop peppers in large chunks. Place all in a hot pan and fry until potatoes are crispy. If you use habaneros, the air will become very “spicy” so be sure to use good ventilation. Excellent dish for those who love spicy food.
