Skinny Buffalo Turkey Wrap

3 Slices Deli Turkey

Shredded cheese your choice

Chopped lettuce

Whole wheat tortilla

3 Tbsp hot sauce

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add hot sauce. Briefly saute turkey slices, flipping to get both sides saturated in hot sauce. When turkey is slightly browned, removed from pan and reduce heat to lowest setting possible. Place tortilla in pan for a few seconds. Flip to other side. Repeat until tortilla is warm and flexible but not crisp. Meanwhile, coarsely chop turkey. Turn off heat and remove tortilla. Place turkey in center of tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top generously with chopped lettuce. Fold bottom of tortilla up over center of mixture and wrap sides around to create the wrap. This wrap is spicy, takes less than 5 minutes to make, has no dressings, and is absolutely delicious!

If you need to make more wraps for an entire family, just double or triple for the turkey. You can warm multiple tortillas at the same time by stacking them and rotating the stack. Remember to keep the heat very, very low. The goal is to get the tortilla flexible, not to crisp it. You can wrap these in foil and take to work or school.
